Dr. Pauli has been recognized for his excellent patient care by being awarded the national "Patients' Choice Award". Based on patients' online reviews of their doctor, only five percent of US physicians receive this recognition.

Dr. Pauli is Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He is a graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He conducted his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Yale New Haven Hospital, and completed fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta.

Dr. Pauli is the lead physician of Boston IVF's Fertility Preservation Program, which serves women of reproductive age with newly diagnosed cancer. He has significantly contributed to the medical specialty of women’s health through numerous publications in high-impact research journals, abstracts, book chapters, presentations at national meetings and research awards. He was recently elected to full membership in the Society of Gynecologic Investigation.
