Interests and Fertility Treatment Philosophy

"There is no greater joy than becoming a parent and I feel privileged to be able to assist lesbian and bisexual women with creating their families. I strive to partner with my patients to provide individualized and compassionate care with a high degree of personal interaction. I want my patients to know that I am with them through every step of this journey."

The former Medical Director at the University of Vermont Fertility Center, Dr. Wright has been helping lesbian couples become parents for many years. Her professional interests include primary and secondary infertility, in vitro fertilization, treatment of amenorrhea, ovulatory disorders including PCOS, recurrent pregnancy loss, diminished ovarian reserve and poor responders. "I believe in treating the whole person including addressing the emotional aspects of the assisted reproduction journey."

For six consecutive years, Dr. Wright has been recognized as a New Hampshire Top Doctor in Reproductive Medicine based on a survey of licensed NH physicians conducted by New Hampshire Magazine.

Dr Wright is well published in a variety of IVF outcomes including the effect of smoking on IVF success, hormonal preparation prior to frozen embryo transfer, the effect of IVF on DNA methylation in embryos and day one embryo morphology assessment.

Dr. Wright lives in New Hampshire with her husband and three children. She is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys hiking, snow-shoeing, running, swimming and gardening.

Professional Biography

Dr. Wright is Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Wright completed her Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility fellowship training at the University Of Vermont College Of Medicine. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University and Women and Infants Hospital in Providence Rhode Island. She is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the New England Fertility Society, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the American Medical Association.

She sees patients in Bedford, New Hampshire.
